Road Runners Club of America running coaches are all first-aid and CPR-certified, experts in nutrition and required to maintain their credentials consistently in order to maintain their status.  include

Lead coach, Alexa Hasman, also possesses a degree in personal training and nutrition, as well as group exercise certification with the  Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Available for all ages, our program’s mission is to help you get fit and give you the feedback you need for effective running workouts.
